We had our house insured by them, we got roof damage from a storm . They came out and gave us $7,100 said didn’t need a total new roof just a patch job. So we call roofing companies, no one ever comes out after looking the first time . . We go to sell the house the realtor has a inspector turns out we need a whole new roof not a patch job. Fortunately she finds someone that will do it for $7,100 . So basically we were lied to by farm bureau . Also had auto with them , we had a wreck , not our fault ,with a uninsured driver... read more
Great insurance company and Chris Stockman is an awesome insurance agent. Hes been my agent for 15 plus years. Hes very helpful as are all the agents at the farm bureau location across from cspire.
I have had my auto insurance with them for several years and they are the least expensive of all the others. You will like them too.
