When I called to see if this agent was opened I spoke to the office girl and explained I had called the previous day after lunch with no answer. She informed me that they have been closing at lunch on Wednesday’s for “how long now?” I felt belittled because I’m new in this area and had no ideal. I went to this agency driving from HATTIESBURG. These people at this office are so nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially the front office staff. They have always been considerate, patient and knowledgeable. I have been with this agency for years and would not change.
This is by far the most affordable (auto) insurance I've ever had. The office feels comfortable and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
