20 years after a Farm Bureau agent lied to me I decided to give the company a chance. I contacted the local agent (Thad). He was very nice but he sounded like an insurance salesman. Kept saying "If you bundle I can give you a better rate" and "our adjusters come from Starkville so we pay fast." Just the same statements that EVERY insurance agent says.
