I’ve been with Farm Bureau for many years and they have been great with the few time I’ve had to file a claim. However, I’ve been hearing bad stories from friends that had a house fire. It really makes me want to change companies but I’m sure it’s the same with any insurance company.
My agent is very professional and did a great job in helping me with my insurance he is very knowledgeable in his job
