Very professional service! Kenny is always a great help. They take care of claims very speedily.
I was with the farm bureau for 4 years, had house and car insurance, and had no claims at all. One day they said my rates went up 52 dollars because other people had claims. I called them and they did nothing so I left to go to Allstate who rewards for being a good customer. I do not recommend
Nothing good to say about this company refused to insure my home but sure seemed inclined to keep my money. Called multiple times yet never got a response then blocked me on Facebook when I began voicing my displeasure with them. Kimberly was our agent. Only ever returned my phone calls twice. Once to tell me that they wouldn't be covering my house. We recently moved to Harrison from Arizona. We looked around and settled on Farm Bureau for our insurance needs. Shannon is our direct contact. She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It's an insurance place, you get what it sounds like The insurance prices are sometimes way-way cheaper than everyone else, and sometimes astronomically higher. You just have to shop around. The support staff can be fairly friendly sometimes, but they are usually extremely busy so it always takes freaking forever to talk to somebody.
