Nothing good to say about this company refused to insure my home but sure seemed inclined to keep my money. Called multiple times yet never got a response then blocked me on Facebook when I began voicing my displeasure with them. Kimberly was our agent. Only ever returned my phone calls twice. Once to tell me that they wouldn't be covering my house. We recently moved to Harrison from Arizona. We looked around and settled on Farm Bureau for our insurance needs. Shannon is our direct contact. She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
