Wasn’t aware of my yearly member fee wasn’t renewed. They supposedly sent mail to my house but I work out of state. So I didn’t get the membership fee paid and they canceled my member. Not only did I get a no insurance ticket because they didn’t call me but my insurance went from $219 to $313 simply because my insurance lapsed. Aka canceled. I have had this insurance for 11 years and never had a claim. They lowballed me and only gave me a quarter of what it would cost to fix my roof. I'm sending back the check and telling them keep the money. They must need it worse than I do 😩

This is the best insurance I’ve ever had I’ve got all my cars house these are the friendly people you’ll ever meet I’ve been with them since 2005 I’ve had a few claims and never any trouble with them there here when you call never gave me any hassle on a claim I can’t say enough about them and there service I’ll never change don’t even know if I could get it at a lower rate some where else don’t care probably not but for the service and quality and great people it’s worth it thanks for all you do for me Farm Bureau
DO NOT DO NOT EVER!!! come to Farm Bureau in Russellville!! It is literally the worst place ever. This place is so God awful that I think any other insurance is better. This place claims to be professional but is far from it. This place cannot function properly at all!! Only 2 ladies up front are worth your time and won’t mess your policy up(both have blonde hair).
