Rock got my windshield yesterday morning, went by the office and told them about it, this nice young lady, Olivia, took my information and assisted me in getting my windshield fixed! She was a blessing, she took care of everything! A true asset to your office! Need more like her! Thank you Olivia for going the extra mile for this old man!
Had them all my life. Generally have had no issues and the employees are polite. Only issue I have had is filing claims on my house. Usually the problem is not covered and, when I needed a new roof due to hail damage, after having them for 35+ years, they only paid half of my claim. Apparently I had the cheapest policy, which I would never do for this reason, so the plan must not have been properly explained to me when I got coverage. I wouldn't knowingly pick a policy like that, knowing sooner or later you'd need a roof
A great insurance provider here in the Saline County area. Brent is very knowledgeable and helpful for any issues/questions that my family has regarding our policies. We have used this place for over 20 years. It is an excellent place insurance place. When we call around, this place and AAA both have the same coverage with almost the same rates. Everyone else is higher--some way higher. You can't go wrong here with car insurance, house insurance, or life insurance.
Best insurance is Saline County. Very knowledgeable staff willing to help with any question you have. My cost went down by 50% when I moved to Farm Bureau.
