Farm Bureau insurance is the best value I have found. Previous claims experience has been positive (when a rodent ate my car's wiring harness) and the agents and staff are accommodating. I have used Farm Bureau in three states and am very satisfied.
The BEST customer service I have ever experienced, which is a rarity in the insurance world. Dennis was more than accommodating and provided explanation for every dollar we were paying. I highly recommend Farm Bureau Insurance with Dennis Heald.
Poor customer service, it was really like a pass the buck type of situation. Agent I assigned lacked professionalism, I had to reach out 4x before she advised I was denied a policy.
I called for car insurance to see if I could get and lower rate and I was reccomended by a friend....BJ Ruiz didn't bother to return my call, I felt discriminated against over the phone.
Agent BJ Ruis took his time explains coverages we needed, cost and how payments would work. It was a family greeting atmosphere and you could tell they really care about their clients!
