I had Farm Bureau for auto insurance for quite a few years and no problems except for the expected yearly rise of cost. What I do have a problem with is the yearly membership fee of $50.00. I had just paid it and then realized my rates increased quite significantly. If you want the most excellent, most personalized service, get ahold of Jarad Bean! Not only did he get my family the lowest auto insurance rate in the whole State, but he started the policy within a moment's notice. How many insurance agents do that? He goes the extra mile - even supplied us with his personal cell phone if we need anything! If you want someone who cares - He's the best.
I contacted Jarad Bean via email to inquire about an auto quote on 3/4. A day later and I received his reply to fill out a form online. I did immediately. Mr. Bean called me on 3/7 And since I missed it, I returned the call.
