April of 2021, Changes to my policy was made, and personal questions were asked about who lives in my home without me knowing or being present. Once I spoke with someone, I was told if my son works out of town for two weeks, by law, he lives there and he is to report where he now lives to the insurance company. Horrible I dealt with 2 different ppl from their office in about a 2 weeks time...and was told I could get a policy and how much it was going to be. When I went to the office suddenly everything changed cause apparently in the last 2 years and owning 3 vehicles I used road side assistance for the truck one time and used RSA 2 times on a car I don't even own anymore I got rid of a year ago..farm bureau stated that a tow truck was considered a claim even tho I only broke down it was still "a claim " and denied me a policy sinc... read more

My vehicles and home have been insured by Farm Bureau for over twenty years. They've always made any claims ive had easy and quick. My insurance needs have been covered by them exceptionally through the years. What else can I say.
