I filled out a quote online over a month ago and requested for an agent to reach out. I never received any communication so I called. No one answered the phone. I called back a few days later. Agent came to my house to get a better understanding of what was happening. We arranged for a roof inspection and wind mitigation inspection. I was very pleased with the response from FARM BUREAU INSURANCE. The roof inspection was completed by Hawk eye Insp.
Would not ever insure with them again. Had home and auto over 20 years and today was the worst experience I’ve had with any business in years!
