Turner is the man!!! Gets me great rates and always answers quickly, can’t reccomend this group enough, had Gieco and they were able to cut it to about half.
Would not ever insure with them again. Had home and auto over 20 years and today was the worst experience I’ve had with any business in years!
We contacted them for homeowners insurance several times, and never heard back from them.
I filled out a quote online over a month ago and requested for an agent to reach out. I never received any communication so I called. No one answered the phone. I called back a few days later. Someone answered the phone, but said they were too busy and they would have someone call me back. I never received a call back. I called one more time a few days ago and no one answered.
