Please if you are shopping insurance stay away, was with them since 2015 every year car ins went $20 no accidents no claims, it got to $229 this past year had enough, For the same coverage same car im not paying $159 a month. Glad to of parted ways with them

Last Friday, 4/19/2024, I phoned this office to get quotes on car, home, and an umbrella policy because I'm moving back to Sarasota from out of state. I spoke to Nancy who took all of my information and said that an agent would call me. By Tuesday, 4/23, I still had not heard back, so I spoke to Nancy again who assured me that an agent would phone me. Another day, and NO phone call.
