Never use this company and especially don’t do any business with Brian Hall. Went a year with no problems, then I needed to add another car to my policy. We agreed on a price, I paid that for about two months and then they just almost doubled that price out of nowhere and I haven’t been able to get in contact with Brian since. He’s been ignoring my emails. And also I just noticed on my policy they didn’t even put my correct address so hopefully Brian will see this and be able to help me out.
Nelson Shepherd is your go-to person at Farm Bureau. Regardless of what you need, Nelson will take the time to get to know your situation, as he genuinely cares. Solutions Nelson has put in place for my family not only protect us now, but take 3 generations into consideration. Couldn’t be thankful enough to have him in our lives.
