Can’t recommend Brian Hall and the Baton Rouge Farm Bureau office enough! They are experts in insurance and the service they provide is second to none. I also appreciate being able to do business with someone local. Brian is easy to get in touch with and the office is in a convenient location. Highly recommend Brian and the Baton Rouge office!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS SITUATION A” BIG FLAT ZERO“ I WOULD. I SPOKE TO THE AGENT GARRETT, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL ABOUT CANCELING MY INSURANCE AT MIDNIGHT ON A CERTAIN DATE. WELL, THEY MADE A MISTAKE BY CANCELING IT THREE DAYS EARLY, WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO PAY A $250 FINE. THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THE SUPERVISOR FOR THIS LOCATION DECIDED THAT FOR WHATEVER REASON SHE DID NOT WANT TO FOOL WITH IT. I would never in a million years recommend this insurance company. They go up every premium. They charge you some yearly bogus rate. They're locals who don't even take care of locals. The customer service is bare minimum. You always got to wait. They ain't got enough people in the office. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor no!
Brian Hall was supposed to sell my Fiancé Auto Insurance and kicked him out of this office because we refused to buy life insurance as well (we already have life insurance). He then berated my Fiancé because he wanted to call a parent and ask about it first. “I’m pretty sure I know more about life insurance than your mom does, do you go to the doctor and ask your mom about that too”. Omg I can’t tell you how much these people saved my life today I recently had a car accident with progressive paying 335 paying 1,000$ deductible on top of not having uninsured motorists or anything Researching and going through friends/social media hunting for insurance I can’t tell you I went from paying 335 possible higher soon to 280 a month life insurance and car insurance together. Mark is awesome and I also knew him from church. He’s awesome 100% recommend especially for younger people with bad driving lol
