Claims adjuster, very unprofessional. After several attempts to contact this individual through telephone calls, emails and personal messages left at his office desk, in reference to completing the process of our claim, we finally asked for a supervisor to assist after failed response. Low and behold he appears at our residence, in a bit of a huff! This person, all but out right, called us thieves, because in his opinion, we should have had larger invoices and assumed we did not use the money issued for its intended purpose.... read more
