My sons car was broken into and stolen they tore out his Ignition switch and busted a window. It was a Honda sonata. This insurance company decided to total the car leaving him with no car the gap insurance he had gave him the runaround we submitted all police reports and the still playing games because they don’t want to cover the cost he is left owing the car dealership GAP insurance is the worst thing ever. Absolute worst experience ever. They charge $50 every December as a membership fee even if you paid it in October when you sign up. If your payment doesn’t auto draft 2 times they make u pay 3 months at a time. And then when you switch companies they charge you for an extra 1 month. Straight up worst business practices I’ve ever seen. The guy Zach is awesome zero complaints about him he’s the best! but I cannot stand behind the business and the way they handle policies. Worst possible customer experience. It looks like as a customer I am asking for favor when I call them where it should be considered as a service.
