A total rip off!!! Tbey applied a $2500 deductible to my insurance claim because the driver wasn't on my policy! The people in the office are helpless and the Baton Rouge office is very rude! The office people are very dumbfounded when ever you go up there with any questions regarding your policy...And you have to go up there to speak with someone because you could never get an agent on the phone! They lure you in with a cheap policy that doesn't do anything for you if you have an accident!
