Johnathan Spears should not be allowed to interact with clients he told us yesterday that our shop roof doesn't need replaced just patched. over 80 percent of our roof was damaged by recent hail and tornado. This particular Farm Bureau, Forsyth St in Monroe, La., Agent is Paul, is not good. After shopping for insurance, I was advised if I take their insurance, on the 11th day of the month, it had to be set up on ACH and would be this date. After asking if I could change my date to rhe 20th so it wouldn't be late or just make my payments manually, as this was not my pay period date, I was advised no to both. Don't use them in Jena La. My prices jump up and down without being told. I know how insurance company's are. I think I have been done very wronged.they owe me money and won't pay me. I cancelled them.and got another company. I won't go in their office to sign a cancellation paper .this is my notice that I don't have insurance with them anymore and I have insurance with another company, before I canced them.
Excellent customer service. Wesley is an excellent and proficient agent and the ladies in the office are always very helpful.
Bob cooper of west Monroe farm bureau is the worst insurance agent I have ever experienced in my life. Does not return phone calls or communicate with customers no matter how many messages you leave or how many texts you send. Also can you get them on the phone when you need to talk with them about your policy or have a question or issue. There rates were cheap in the beginning but they went up on us without us having any tickets or wrecks.
