I called an 800 number I found on line and I was fortunate to connect with Susan In Mississippi!! She could not connect me with a Florida claims office so she input my Florida claim in Mississippi!! And we all know she certainly did not have too!! You are a life saver Susan!! Thank you for your service!!
People are nice. Rates are ok. Only time I needed to make a claim was when my car had to be towed to the dealership (never get a hyundai). My insurance went up $10/mo after that. App never works, so I have to call to pay my bill every month. I might shop around to see what rates I can get from other places. They were cheapest at first, but I've had no accidents... just one tow (hyundai engine recall) and my insurance went up...
TJ and crew are amazing! Very communicative, friendly, and timely. The rates are also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend.
This insurance agency continues to perform unauthorized withdrawals from my account every month after 3 years. I called and canceled 3 years ago, and again on 6 other occasions. Each time, I'm given a cancellation number but they still continue to take money for no service. Shelby County Farm Bureau has perform numerous unauthorized withdrawls totaling $280.00 dollars! Next steps is to file a dispute with my bank and inform my attorney.
