I had been with farm bureau for 15 years. They took my multi car discount and wouldn't give it back over 1 mix up with my bank routing number. They canceled my insurance because of the $35 " member due" so i had been riding round for 2 months with NO INSURANCE and they didn't even call me. I had 2 vehicles insured with them and it was $350 a month!!! Went there after I could not reach my All-State agent. I had a policy question and could not reach an agent. The agency was out of town. I called these guys and they gave me a great quote. They are local so getting in touch will be a whole lot easier!

Been with FB for 13 yrs moving to MS. Called the local company. Gal who answered the phone had a very rude attitude. Looks like FB may be losing my business. If that’s her attitude to people shopping I’d hate to see her customer service skills to existing customers.
