I just found out that my adjuster closed a claim without my knowledge and without communicating with me. He paid out to someone else. Someone rear ended me but I'm just upset with the lack of communication because I was wanting to get a lawyer. He didn't send any correspondence telling me that he's going to close the case. He had my email but didn't say anything. I really dislike people like this. They have no real heart to deal with people one on one. We’ve been policy holders for years now. The agents are nice and friendly! They make changes to your policy with no problem. I highly recommend them!! Plus they are cheaper than most insurance companies!
