Joke of an insurance company. Some of the most ignorant people Ive yet dealt with in business. Luckily I have great insurance from another provider. I initially made the mistake of simply calling Farm Bureu to request a quote and I get a letter telling me that they cant provide insurance due to several bogus reasons. Word of advice, if your in sales and too stupid to take my cash money for two vehicles and then some , maybe you shouldnt be in the business. What a joke.
Dec 2021 We have used this home and auto insurance for 20 years, with the same agent. The front staff has always been friendly and helpful. Any claims we have had over the years have been taken care of quickly and easily. Good communication. Recommended.
They increased my insurance 50%. I have never filed a claim on either auto or home. You pay an extra $25 membership fee in addition to your premium. Shop around. You will be glad you did.

It's difficult to reach your agent most of the time when questions need to be answered. I have discovered that I can get cheaper rates with other insurance companies.
