They hung up on me. Messages have to be relayed from the woman who answers the pone to the Agents. And then this poor woman has to attempt to relay the messages. Would be easier to talk directly to an agent. I quit farm bureau in 2014 because they chose to require me to insure a metal building that cost me $56K for $140K (I built it myself). My current carrier has moved out of Mississippi and my insurance will non-renew in two months. I was just checking options. farm bureau is as bad as they were 12 years ago.

I’ve had insurance with Farm Bureau as far as I can remember back … I’ve never 1 time been disappointed with them , friendly service, on time service if you need them , just all around Great Folks to do business with , there more like family than a business partner !!! They are discriminatory against older people. They threaten to cancel a policy because we have an American bull dog. They don't cover what they're supposed to. Don't use this company. Drop them immediately.
