I was very satisfied with the staff with helping me get my auto insurance lowered through Farm Bureau. The staff answered all my questions in a timely manner. Christina is who did all the work explaining it all to me. My auto insurance was lowered by approximately 20$ a month. She reached out to Progressive for me. Again staff were kind and patient with me.
I was helped by Mr. Joey Hunnicutt with life insurance. When you're being helped by anyone at the Port Malabar location you get the best service there is. Mr. Hunnicutt is attentive, patient, and genuinely happy to help! They are like family! Insurance can be annoying, but this team does everything they can to make it feel as smooth as possible.
10 out of 10 would recommend going to this office. Christina at the front desk is very cheerful and eager to assist anyone. Both of the agents in the office are helpful and knowledgeable!

Customer service is mediocre. I called to inquire about homeowners’ insurance and was told they would “look into it and call me back.” I never received a call back or any sort of follow-up.
