Customer service is mediocre. I called to inquire about homeowners’ insurance and was told they would “look into it and call me back.” I never received a call back or any sort of follow-up.
We been doing business here fkr many years and see many more years ahead. Ms. Franchesca is always super nice when i call with questions.
