Hello community of Longmont and future residents please take this into account!, We were reaching out in regards to the issue of being released out of our lease. And want to share how horrible this place is. We have had quite a lot of issues, the largest being employees entering the apartment on a date not approved by us (tennents) nor a date given by the leasing office. Alas, I must once again give Farm Haus (operated by Bell Partners) a score they so richly deserve. They deserve a "1" for the following reasons: For the period from February 10, 2023 to March 16, 2023 I was charge $125.86 under the category, "Vacant Electric"'. I was charged $15.39 under the same category for the period from February 8, 2023 to February 10, 2023 under the same category of "Vacant Electric".
