I had a great experience replacing all our windows and external doors with FAS in our 1968 home. They are not the cheapest, but they go above and beyond to make everything look good and deliver on their contracted promises. Garrett, Mellisa, and the installation team were professional and had great attention to detail. I'd recommend them for a job done right.
Great service from the initial consultation all the way through final installation and inspection. Our door is super high quality and beautiful and makes our home so much quieter and more energy efficient. I definitely will use FAS again for any door or window upgrades in the future.

OK, so this is the first time I've re-done a review. The first review reflected the frustrations we had with FAS's ordering and scheduling process, and I gave 1 star at that phase. However, once the window installation began, the process changed 180 degrees. The installers were exacting and careful, and they were a pleasure to interact with and have in our home.
