FAS Windows & Doors exceeded our high expectations in 2024 since we were repeat customers from 2012 when FAS installed a high impact resistant slider. This is our second door with FAS. Smooth from start to finish. Salesman was excellent and patient with the questions we had. Installer was top notch and cleaned everything before leaving, making sure we were satisfied.
I had a good experience with FAS installing new 14 windows on my house. They look great and have made the house a lot quieter. Shout out to my project manager Jordan for making sure all my needs were attended to promptly.
I have had doors and windows purchased through FAS. The service is impeccable. The recommendations regarding door and window styles by their salesman Stuart Early were directly on point with the style of my house in Winter Park. He even anticipated some of my questions and had perfect responses as to the styling choices. The installations were done exceptionally well. I've gone back to them every time I've replaced and upgraded my windows and doors. Five Star service!!!
FAS did an excellent job, a one day installation of 6 impact windows, the crew was efficient, careful and attentive to protecting any furniture and rugs, leaving everything clean and spotless. The office staff is very helpful with any questions and follow up. They set up inspection appointments with the county and a final inspection by their staff. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
