This is our second door with FAS. Smooth from start to finish. Salesman was excellent and patient with the questions we had. Installer was top notch and cleaned everything before leaving, making sure we were satisfied.

FAS has never hesitated to send their skilled technicians out to deal with issues that have popped up on rare occasions and they always resolve the problem with professionalism and friendliness. 5 stars for FAS!
I was happy with the company from the sales person to the final delivery and in my case that took a while. We had to have one of our doors replaced twice (the second time because the technician delivering it wasn't happy with it) and when there was an issue with something on the second door shortly after (not a big one) it was replaced without us asking. We got new windows and sliding doors ten years ago. Very professional, with a good price. We had one window that wasn't working right. One phone call and they came right out to fix it. Never anymore problems. Last month they came out and rescreened my sliding door that a cat had destroyed. No cost. Who can complain?
The experience of choosing the windows with an in-house appointment and again in store was great. All questions answered, windows on display to feel and try out. Price was also very good compared to three other quotes. The installation process was seamless and quite quick for 11 windows. Any issues at all they respond quickly and take care of what ever the needs are. We would highly recommend FAS Windows and Doors.
