FAS did superb job from, initial selection to completion. Em0ployees showed up when they were supposed to. All visits were coordinated in advance. Installer were more than just professional. They were competent, capable, knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough, etc. I can't brag out them enough especially Jason. Upon completion, they cleaned up better than we do! A pleasant experience. The doors are beautiful.
We had a great experience with the FAS team from start to finish! We had a lot of windows to replace, and they gave us the best price, without sacrificing quality of work. We were told the install would take three days, and it only took two. The team was easy to coordinate with throughout, though doesn't always respond quickly to emails - I recommend calling for the fastest response! We're very happy with our new windows and would definitely use them again.
We have had FAS hurricane windows installed on our entire back of house several years ago. We had a few things that needed to be fixed on the windows (nothing major at all) and as promised, they came out and replaced a small window and repaired an edge on the other. And as they said, the window are guaranteed for life. There was no charge and no hastle and the guys were awesome. The install crew did a great job. Very professional. There still needs to be some cosmetic work done and we are waiting on new hardware for the front door. ETA given was 2 weeks.
