I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with the FAS office in Tampa. Since going through My Safe Florida I had 3 different companies provide estimates. FAS was the only company that did not require at least a 10% down payment and then financing as the others did. Juan and his team did a wonderful job with the installation of 3 windows and a door. FAS provided us a great deal on our hurricane windows. The installation was great with no mess afterwards. Now we have the piece of mind for the future hurricane seasons. The new windows have greatly reduced outside noise, so that's an added benefit. Everyone at FAS did a great job, from Rod, our salesman to the installation team, everyone was fantastic.
Beautiful door and lifetime warranty. I had noticed water seeping in under the door during heavy rains but not enough to warrant an immediate call. Then came Milton! A good amount of water came in and I called to ask someone to come out and check it. He fixed it within minutes and I’m waiting for the next heavy rain, but I expect it will be fine. I could see a gap before he fixed it but none now. Chris was great—fast fix and extremely professional.
I purchased FAS windows and a door 15 years ago. After hurricane milton , we had damage to a screen. FAS delivered and installed a replacement and provided a status update through the process. Highly recommend this company.
We had a small crack in one of the door windows that were installed a year ago. FAS took care of replacing the glass and made it look new! Very quickly I might add. Thank you.
