I lost all my windows in hurricane Helene and FAS windows and doors were incredible in taking care of my rebuild. Jacob Henderson came in on the sales called and provided an incredible deal with great financing - next up- Juan and his crew of Orlando and Alex, they did an amazing job installing and the job site was immaculate when they left. The salesperson was very responsive. However, it took from July to November to get the windows installed due to manufacturer delays (Simonton). The job done was amazing. Juan had to build out my back wall to accommodate the new windows. It took the entire day. It is AMAZING what he accomplished. Everything about this company has been impressive. The sales person was very knowledgeable, the follow-up after was excellent with Jason keeping us updated and informed of every step. The installation was very professional, careful with our home, did a beautiful job and this was the cleanest construction site/ job we have ever had. We have used FAS for years in our windows and doors. In the years we have had the windows the manufacturer has gone out of business therefore making the life time replacement a little wonky. We have two different issues and they have been able support us within a warranty that didn’t cause us out of pocket replacement. The seal in the window wasn’t working and found mold inside. Would use them for life and Christine is great when we discuss this
We received a good price and excellent service from FAS Windows. This was our third purchase from FAS to install three custom doors. The installation crew was professional and installed three doors in one day. Their follow up after the installation was stellar. Justin was very attentive to our issues and resolved them quickly. We highly recommend FAS Windows for their professionalism and timely installation of quality custom doors.
