When the window that I purchased years ago developed a leak that left spots all over the glass, I took a chance and called, sure that they’d say I’d just have to live with it. Not so! Not only was my order still in their database, but the window was still under warranty! They ordered a replacement window within days, kept in touch with me about the timeline of the order, and were EARLY on the day of the installation! This was our first project with FAS (two identical hurricane grade sliding patio doors), which is not a small undertaking. We chose FAS after meeting with three different window and door companies and we're glad we did. Overall the project went well, the price point was competitive and we're very pleased with the end result. My experience with FAS Windows was really great. Jakob the sales representative stood out by providing a spot-on estimate in terms of price and value. I live in an HOA complex that has certain requirements for windows and patio doors, in particular the swing patio had to be paintable to match the condo complex.
