We have used FAS for years in our windows and doors. In the years we have had the windows the manufacturer has gone out of business therefore making the life time replacement a little wonky. We have two different issues and they have been able support us within a warranty that didn’t cause us out of pocket replacement. The seal in the window wasn’t working and found mold inside. Would use them for life and Christine is great when we discuss this
We had FAS install Simonton impact windows at our beach cottage in Indian Shores. They have been very responsive anytime we have a question or issue that comes up. We recently needed some window screens repaired and they had it scheduled and completed in less than a week. We have worked with other window companies and none of them come even close to providing the level of customer service we have recieved from FAS. Absolutely 5 star company!
A great product. This company has spectacular communication. Such a relief for them to contact me with each appointment instead of me having to pursue them as in many other Florida businesses. Once installed the inspection followed quickly and lastly the finishing touches. I can’t praise this company enough. The windows has reduced the sound so much that we can no longer hear deliveries and knocking at the door. Of course, having no air and grime leaking in is the icing on the cake.
Wonderful service! After Hurricane Helene, our large window had inner imperfections. FAS replaced the window quickly & efficiently. They kept us up-dated on window arrival & installation schedule. Highly recommend!
FAS is a top notch company. Easy to work with, fair on price, and great quality work. We had a a really good experience with everyone involved - Jacob in sales took the time to educate us on all the details of the project and answered our questions thoughtfully.
