I came to FastCollison after I was rear ended. The service manager, Kim scheduled an appointment with me right away, provided an estimate and submitted it to insurance and she got an approval immediately with car rental coverage from the insurance adjuster within a day. The work was done in a week and the quality of the repair was excellent. I’m very happy with how easily everything was handled. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this business.

I had them do some work on my manifold and hoses and caps kept coming loose causing it to lose fluids and over heat on the highway. They were kind enough to have my truck towed back to them twice that I remember shortly after the engine failed completely. So I had them replace the engine and my transmission which had begun to fail no fault of theirs on the transmission. I took my car there to get some work done on my bumper and dent. The service was excellent. They went through all the little details step by step, and I was treated like royalty. Their staff are well-trained and knowledgeable. When it was all done, my car looked like new. A big thank you to Kim, the shop manager. She was great!

I had a great experience at “Fast collision center”. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, honest, and respectful. My service advisor, kim was especially helpful—clear with communication, honest about the repairs I needed, and kept me updated throughout the process. The work on my car was done on time, and everything was perfectly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and quality of work. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy car repairs!

The worse customer service experienced, you completed a diagnostic check, charged $165 and then ignored me. I call the center they say talk to Vinny, I contact Vinny he doesn’t respond the entire week. And when I raise a concern, you’re completely rude and block me telling me go find another place.
