The front desk staff was friendly and determined to help even while they were having technical difficulties. They were busy the day I went in so they set me up with an appointment for the following day which was great. Medical staff was knowledgeable and informative. Overall the experience was good, happy to have the facility in town!
Very clean nice new Establishment replacing the old Memorial hospital express med. This is a Urgent care facility cheaper than ER Co pay and more expensive than your in network doctor visit.
This is the best medical care in Peru!! The Nurse Practitioner is top notch!! Wonderful bedside manners! My autistic son took right to her and that’s unusual for him. Our community needed this so much!! I will definitely be returning to this location next time we are in need of their services. Thank you!!
Got into the doctor's office fine. Everything was quick and easy on the phone. but when it came to medicine I found out all she did was prescribe me was the counter Mucinex. My insurance would not cover it, and I have been on Mucinex. I called back twice to get an antibiotic because I've been sick for 2 weeks. The secretary told me that she would have the doctor call me before they close. I asked to make sure before 6 because Walgreens pharmacy closes by that time. I never got my antibiotic. The staff and doctors were absolutely wonderful to my step son! They got us in quickly and made us truly feel like they cared about his health. 100% will be going back if we get sick again
