The medical personnel were good and addressed my problems correctly. However the chairs in the waiting room are so low I almost fell trying to stand up. There needs to be chairs with arm rest to assist in getting up for us elderly people. Also it would help if the seat were taller. Someone is going to fall and get hurt if this is not corrected.

45 minute wait
Wasn’t anyone there when I came in. I waited 45 minutes someone else came in after I did and got treated before me. The only thing fast about it was them taking my co pay as soon as I walked in the door. Don’t understand why someone else gets seen before me when I was there long before they came in
I would not hesitate going to this clinic I give them one thousand Starr review they are courteous and knowledgeable Greg
Face pace staff were very concerned and the medical team took care of me promptly and now I am actually healing. I highly recommend this facility in Beaver Dam.

We were the only patients there and we were there for an hour
All y’all did was ask what was wrong didn’t even run a test and just gave me a note. honestly felt more like a scam to just bill the insurance but what do i know.
It took forever. Even after they swobbed him, we still waited for over an hour before anyone came in the room. She was rude and just rushed out to sit down. Her name was Debra. Not Debra Taylor. But I don’t remember her last name.
