I’m currently at urgent care for some back pain that’s causing me to not to be able to take steps without wincing in pain finally has me in tears every time I take steps. The “doctor” told me to go take a warm bath after having 2 minute exam on my back. Fast paced, but poor quality of service. I was the last patient seen before they closed. They told me they were going to call my prescription in to the CVS next door. We went to CVS and waited for an hour. The pharmacist said they never received it. We are from out of town, so we called back the following morning to get it called into to a pharmacy in Murray since we pass through there going home. My daughter had taken my granddaughter up there because she had a temp and was not feeling good. They were up there at 2p and have not yet been seen by anyone. She is 4 years old and I had thought that since she was a child they would have seen her a lot faster but apparently I was wrong. From now on I will never suggest to go to Fast Pace in Benton.
I waited 2hrs and 24 mins today 2-6-2019 to see a provider. She came into the room and spent 3 minutes of her time with me. Then called in medicine that I already take and have a current prescription for. I will not return nor will my family.
Don't bother with Benton Fast Pace. In November I was seen there and all they did was listen to my lungs and misdiagnosed a life threatening issue. She said I had pleurisy, turns out it was a pulmonary embolism. We went over my risk factors. Today my husband was hoping to get an antibiotic or something for his sore throat, green drainage, and visible white spots on his tonsils. Refused to give an antibiotic, no strep swab, nothing. Go somewhere else.
I got to the clinic at 755. We were the first ones there and waited over an hour to get seen. The secretary never stayed at the front desk. Everyone else that can in after us got seen before us. I don’t believe I will utilize this clinic again.
Don’t waste your time and money if you are in pain go ahead and go to the emergency room. I have been there twice and both times had to take family member to the ER. First time my mom had something in her eye and scratched her cornea- they got it out but she was in severe pain and they couldn’t prescribe pain meds. The second time my husband had a bad tooth ache- they knew he was in severe pain when he came in, we paid for visit only to find out they couldn’t give him anything for pain cause the nurse practitioner couldn’t ... read more
We had a physical done, paid 85 dollars on our card, then we receive a bill in the mail for what we hust had paid.Good thing we kept our payment records. I called to get a very rude woman who said it was up to me to take care of their mess up. Will not go back for sure.
