Thank you for giving me the chance to complement your fast care facility! I went in for what was to be just a routine visit for some paperwork. While I was there, your alert, staff noticed some problems in my numbers after exam and vitals. I was checked the second time and the third time and given very clear instructions on what I needed to do regarding this matter.
