I brought my daughter in, last Sunday! The Friday before, I thought she had a stye coming up on her lash line! it had swollen shut Sunday morning! I was at fast pace, waiting for it to open at 1! They seen her, and said they thought it was a stye as well, and wanted to prescribe an ointment!! I said, but don't you think she needs an oral antibiotic!? Its infected obviously!! I have been to Fast Pace for a couple different reasons and each time I was dissatisfied with the service. Unprofessional and rude.
Came in for a DOT drug test. Had an appointment for 3:30. Got there 10 minutes earlier and waited 30 minutes to be seen. Lady tells me to fill the cup up to the 45 ml line. I do. Comes back and says it’s not enough and I have to wait in the office for up to 3 hours until I can pee again. Missing my only sons very first Halloween because of it. I am livid with this place.
I went there with my service dog, as I am disabled. I was refused care, because I didn't have "service dog registration" for my dog. I calmly explained that there is no service dog registry, and that a service animal has to have specialized training and be compliant with the standards set forth by the ADA. I also explained that what they were doing was illegal, and a violation of the ADA, and federal law. I was discriminated against and embarrassed in front of a lobby full of people. They closed early while my 8 year old daughter was in the parking lot about to come in. 7:50 pm. I had just called and asked to make sure they were there. I will be calling every supervisor and upward until some action is taken. The WORST “health care” I have witnessed by this action. They didn’t want to stay knowing someone was coming. They should not have a license and be working there as they went against their oath so I will be demanding repercussion.
Called to find out about rapid Covid test. Was told yes they do it and said OK my husband is coming up there thank you. He gets there and was told he had to have a reservation! Don’t understand why when I called asking about this I wasn’t told that on the phone. What a joke.
Fast pace is a joke…………..
I needed a covid test called they said be there in thirty I got off phone quickly since I live 35 min away …. Realized once in car they didn’t get my name …. Called back no answer got a voicemail left a message we were on the way they didn’t get my name but we were in route …. Of course when we get there even though they acknowledge we called they won’t swab us since we have no reservation …. This is why covid will continue to spread because my husband will have to go to work possible with covid.
My husband went in because he had an infected tooth and no dentists were open. They took a quick look in his mouth and prescribed Amoxicillin. Total charges: $727.00 After the insurance adjustment of -$591.85 we owe $135.15 which is still totally ridiculous. It would have been cheaper to go to the ER. With these prices, we'll use the urgent care by the hospital if need be.
