Everyone was very friendly. I felt comfortable with the staff and medical personnel . It was my first visit and I felt really bad but I felt that the nurse practitioner insured that I was cared for, made sure that I was able to express any concerns and told me if I needed further care they would be there for me I did feel that I had to wait a little longer than expected since the clinic only had one other patient it appeared.

I didn't feel welcoming at all I felt like I was a burden to them and the nurse told me she wasn't going to give me a test because she was ready to go home they were very disrespectful

No one was there it took them darn near an hour to call me back. Get back there and have to wait another hours for the NP all to get my meds and only have nose spray. I’m all congested and stopped up, throat scratchy, coughing and everything. Guess I will have to see my doctor Monday.

After being patient 1 we waited an hour for NP to give basically otc med. not very friendly NP entering room after waiting so long and was in room around 5 minutes. Seemed to be in hurry to get in and out room but no hurry while we waited or even an I'm sorry for your wait. Med not at pharmacy when I went to pick it up. Said it hasn’t been sent over.
Excellent visit with NP. Very professional. Don’t care much for your wait In line. Got there at 9:30, out after 12:00. Certainly not fast pace when feeling ill. Would prefer to make appt.
