terrible experience I went there Sunday at 1:00 and was the second one in line. when they opened the receptionist spent 45 minutes getting her equipment running so it was over an hour before the first patient was seen. since I was the second one in line I figured maybe another 30-minute wait. after the 5th person had gone back I asked the receptionist where I was at in line. she said there's two more in front of you. I said how could that be when I was the second person in line? she just said I'm sorry, no explanation or off... read more
I’ve never left a bad review u til now. My mother in law has been to this clinic 3 times in the last few weeks. The last visit she waited over 2 hours with only 3 people in the waiting room and 3 in the back. The PA or whatever keeps telling her she has a virus and would not prescribe anything for her symptoms. She has been wheezing and coughing to no avail and this same person would not even prescribe a cough syrup for her. However she did do a chest X-ray which showed no pneumonia which is good. No bloodwork has been done.... read more
First off I want to say I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews. I think this is the first one I've ever left. The more I've thought about my experience I feel like it's important to put it out there. My husband was in the nursing field for years and really wanted me to go be seen this morning. Honestly if my problem wasn't pretty severe I wouldn't have went in the first place. When I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not so the receptionist asked another lady if they were seeing a walk in. She told h... read more
I use to highly recommend this ... but today my son went sick !! Checked in 1048 am at 120 still nobody had came to tell him his results .. of course he’s 19 with little patience but who blame him ? He left called find out test results they refuse to tell him ! He paid 40 bucks to be seen !! His tests his results !! So why shouldn’t he be told ??? I’m sure money won’t be refunded !! Co pay plus what they charge insurance!!!
I visited this past Thursday for flu like symptoms, no flu test was done, despite my saying I was aching. My total time spent waiting was around an hour, the NP came in and said a strep was negative, and asked, "what is your primary complaint?", I told her aching and sore throat, she gave me antibiotics, it seemed she was just trying to get me out of the office because I had already been waiting for so long, no diagnoses, just pushed general antibiotics. Fast forward to Monday morning and I am ten times worse and currently w... read more
They r nice there
I never got to experience services at Carthage, TN because I arrived at 5:03 pm on Sunday to be told that they could not register anyone after 5:00 pm. I thought an Urgent Care Clinic would have extended hours on weekends to provide service for those who has medical needs during the closing hours of their primary medical doctor. My suggestions would be to lock the facility door at closing time to avoid denying service to someone, as well as extend hours to provide services needed, especially during the flu seasons.
I think its nice to have place like this for us..But my daughter and 6month old ...bad experience... No meds...few days later took him to regular doctor, appt. He had double ear infection,so their for he was in pain and not treated all weekend..Heard from others also..Are you not allowed to give meds?
