I don't know her name, I know she told me, but, she was very gruff and acted like my situation was an inconvenience to her day. She is the physician assistant? Spent a grand total of 2 minutes with me, to check my ears and say yep, they need flushed, said that she would tell the girls to come take care of it. The nurse who took care of me was amazing, flushed both ears, taking care to ensure that the water wasn't too cold or too hot, very gentle as she was squrting both ears. The staff at fast pace was courteous, professional, and took care of my needs and immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better urgent care facility. Hopefully I don’t have to visit again, but if I do, it will I will not second-guess another location. Thank you again for your quick response to my needs.

I had not been there before and I was totally impressed with the office. The ladies in the office were so nice, and the nurse so sweet. The Doctor made me feel comfortable with answering his questions and talking to me. I would definitely go back if I have more issues.
