Best medical experience I've ever had. From the receptionist who was amazing all the way to the nurse practitioner. She had perfect bedside manners and made you feel like she really cared. Id recommend this place to everyone. Not to mention from the time I called to make the appointment until I walked out the door was no more than 25 minutes!
Was in today dealing with a cough and sinus drainage. Have been dealing with this since a return flight on 9/15. Did a flu and covid test was negative the nurse practitioner checked me over and prescribed 3 medicines for me to take. Everyone was very pleasant and professional in dealing with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very professional urgent care.
100/10!!! Their office worker and receptionist Chris (who’s licensed and/or certified in tonsssss of other medical fields as well and able to take vitals and initial intake information as well!!) was extremely calm, cool, collected, and most of all KIND! I didn't catch her name, but the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I have a four year old son who is non verbal and has autism. The NP, Haley, was very helpful and understanding in treating him. Thank you for the great service. We will be back!
Made an urgent care visit late on a weekday. Filled out registration online. Greeted upon arrival. Short wait with prior appt. Staff and Dr were excellent. Dr listened and provided good instructions, called in Rx for speedy pick up. Would definitely use them again.
