If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband was sent here only to complete a simple drug screen — something that should take no more than 10–15 minutes at any other clinic. Instead, he ended up waiting nearly two hours just to be seen. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or organization from the staff. It’s unacceptable to make someone sit and wait that long for such a basic test, especially when this isn’t a walk-in for illness or injury but a straightforward screening. Dr. Noela went above and beyond for me, making sure that I got the best care. Not only did she listen, but she was very kind and informative. She has been the best provider I have ever seen. You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her patients. She even called to check on me after my appointment with her. I would absolutely recommend seeing her for any issues you are having. 10/10 doctor. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Fast, easy to be seen. From the min I stepped into the location seem like they new I felt bad and where nice even if I was not nice because I was feeling really bad. I really appreciate that. They listened to me and got me on my way. I so ready to get back home to lay down. They called my meds in to a local pharmacy I called to make sure they had been called in and they had been and would be ready in a hour for pick up. The staff was friendly and treated me quickly. The doctor (Rebecca) was thorough and took the time to discuss my questions, making sure she got the correct diagnosis. I was very happy with everyone here and would definitely return to Fast Pace in Enterprise again!
The staff was very professional and helpful. The wait time was long but still less than other urgent care places in the area. It was also very clean which is a huge plus for me.
