Went for a bad kidney/uti, urine was supposed to be cultured in case antibiotic didn't work(paid extra money for this), I started taking antibiotic. Got a call from someone there that my sample was thrown away. Went back in as my kidney was still hurting and bleeding, gave another sample with visible blood in it. I got a lab report back that my urine was clear. REALLY! with blood in it. I asked to talk to the Dr. and was told it would be another $85 and Dr would not give antibiotic as urine was clear.
