I went there at 4:30 for a basic sports physical which literally take 5 to 10 minutes to finish. there was only 2 people in the waiting room and 2 people in the back. I sat in the lobby until 5. They called me to the back and checked my bp after that I was left in the exam room until 7. I even got up and walked to the bathroom once so everyone could see I was still in there and all of them were sitting by the desk on their phone. went to fast pace Grenada, Ms. and was waiting in the lobby to be seen. The girl that was checking us in came into the waiting room and said “if you here to get tested for COVID, line up here” she then proceeded to write patients information on the swab packet, swab the patient, place the swab back into the packet swab side up, AND PLACE ALL THE SWABS IN HER POCKET. At 12:30 we signed in online for an appointment. We were scheduled for 3:00. We were seen about 5:30. We would have been seen faster had we not abided by our reservation. We should have been told to come in and “check in” and it would have saved us hours of waiting. Very poor system. We both have Covid but we were given zero instructions about how long to isolate, etc. it was basically, “Your test is positive. The exit is that way.”
QUIT SCHEDULING 125 PATIENTS A DAY. YOU ARE DOING A DISSERVICE TO YOUR STAFF AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. I HAD TO SIT IN YOUR GERM INFESTED WAITING ROOM FOR THREE HOURS BEFORE I SAW A DR., WITH A MASK ON WHILE SUFFERING FROM SINUS INFECTION AND CONGESTION, HOPING I DIDN'T CATCH COVID. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. YOUR STAFF IS HAVING TO SKIP LUNCH, SO THEY CAN'T POSSIBLY BE DOING THE BEST THEY ARE CAPABLE OF. I went to this clinic back in December with some serious issues, well they were suppose to get me a referral for my health issues and they still haven't gotten my referral. So I had to constantly call them and they still haven't done anything so I had to make various calls between them and the person they referred me to to get my health issues taken care of. I thought they were gonna be a good health provider but I guess not.
Went in told the nurse what was wrong she went out and said I sounded like a stoney and then when the doctor came out she asked how I was for one I don’t do drugs and never have I didn’t come in there for any medication I just wanted to check on my shoulder
lady at the front desk was rude and acted like it was a bother to take out her head phones and answer my questions ...
Called ahead to make sure that they were in network with my insurance since they were new and not yet on the UHC website. They were friendly and everything was very professional at the clinic. My daughter got a shot and prescription. I just got my bill (from October) and even though I know the deductible had been met for my daughter, all of the visit was put toward my deductible anyway. So I owe $217 for a quick office visit! And the bill says they are out of network as well.
Took my husband there Saturday after a fall in a deer stand. Waited over 2 hours with no more than 3 people in lobby. 3 hours after appt meds had not been called in. He needs MRI, he called today (Monday) at 10. I called at 2 and 3:30. Still no one has set up mri. One lady I talked to was very condescending. Should’ve went to Mediquik. Which is probably where will have to go today to finally get an mri scheduled. Lady told me last “well the mri will probably be booked a week out”.
