I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care clinic, especially Chenoa. She is incredibly kind, genuinely caring, and truly concerned about her patients’ well-being. You can feel that you’re in capable, compassionate hands the moment she walks in. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable. Absolute best care anyone can receive.
I was impressed how quickly we got in. We had mad an appointment, but even with other walk-in’s ahead of us, we were in and out the door in an hour. My daughter felt so much better quickly after her diagnosis and they were invested in her progress that they made a follow-up appointment to make sure she was healing properly.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The person we always deal with knows my babies personally. And she adores them. Wished I knew her name. She’s always working her magic to get us in as soon as she can. She’s the best!! And the staff ? Is short handed but hey! They do what they can. They are all so well trained, and knows exactly how to handle things.
I signed in using the online ability to get a place in line before going. I signed in when I got there and things just flowed nicely. I was well cared for and they moved quickly but with concern for me not feeling well. I would definitely recommend family and friends come here if they are feeling bad like I was on the weekend when the doctor's offices are closed!
My doctor was super nice and personable. Very good at giving a cocktail shot and that’s coming from a cry baby like me. Awesome
