I had excellent, quality care at Fast Pace. The check-in process was easy and I was seen quickly. The lady at the front desk, the medical assistant, and the ARNP, Tarah, were so nice and helpful. I left there with the assurance that I would feel better after my visit and I did. Today is a much better day thanks to the Jefferson City staff!
This was an excellent experience from the ease of check in online. To uploading documents and insurance. Upon arrival was greeted by very kind office staff. Check in process was a breeze. I was taken back within minutes of my arrival. The nurse and PA were fantastic and very friendly. Which was very refreshing and helpful when not feeling well. We will definitely be back when the need arises. Thank you for listening and the great experience.
I was cutting grass. Got something in my eye called ahead. Made the appointment. Got there. Waited 5-10 minutes. Went in super nice sweet lady. Waited on me 5 minutes I was in and out. She put the dye in my eye. Found the piece showed me. Wrote me some antibiotics for my eye for just in case. Super efficient. Super nice! Recommend them
Nothing fast pace about this place! I would give this place a zero if I could. I would go anywhere else but here, especially if you have a child. My son (10) and I both had appointments that started and 12:40 and didn’t get to leave until 2:10 and that’s because I literally had to get up and walk out during my exam. We waited and 1 hr 10 min before we were even called back.(only 1 other patient was there and we were before them) My son has some anxiety about getting swabbed. Visit was fine, got a 215 dollar charge on my credit card I left on file 3 weeks after my visit with no bill in the mail or phone call….. really annoying how much they charged my insurance for a 5 minute check up, and to bill me without even sending an actually bill. Just yanked the money out of my account with no notice.
