Despite the provider telling me she would call me something in if my labs came back showing no bacteria she did not and requested I come back in to be “reevaluated” even though I was seen 3 days prior. I have to pay for my visits so I don’t feel it necessary for another visit when I feel the exact same. I will not return to pay and just be told to rest.

First of all they never answer their phone. I was super sick trying to call in for a refill of antibiotics. When I was there they forgot about me for 30 min in the room. They even said sorry for forgetting about me.

The service was slow my appointment was at 11:30 but didn’t get get started til 12:30
I feel judged and not taken seriously about my reason for my visit.

Was ok. Call ahead gets you an imaginary appointment time. So just show up and wait. Staff was polite. Not really a good review or a bad one. Just middle of the road.
Well a patient was talking extremely loud on the phone talking about extremely personal things and I told staff I would wait outside in the snow instead of listening to her gossipy loud conversation so I waited for about 3 minutes and they called me in why would they not ask the woman to take her concerns outside ? Anyway all that needs to stop very unpleasant but the people at the desk were nice and I just felt like management should have stepped in and if not then it should not have began
