I can not understand a walk in clinic telling a pt "You could either have bronchitis or pneumonia, we don't know which". This is after you tell the pt that you haven't had time to look at their chest xray. In 2 hours, you couldn't find time to put that in front of you?? #FastPace, what are you doing over there?? Have been waiting for over an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen. People who came in way after us have already been called back. Very bad experience and very bad service. Will never come back again.
I was told to be at Fast Pace by a certain time and to go ahead and schedule an appointment online. I did as I was told and showed up on time. When I got there, I was told something COMPLETELY different. The young lady I spoke with was honest with me about what I could expect with my appointment time, which I appreciated, but this place is very disorganized.
