Front desk lady’s are always so rude, (and I’m always so nice to them) it took 3 and a half hours to be seen and I think the only reason I did get seen was because I finally said something after I saw that they were seeing people that came in way after I did. So, my best guess was they forgot about me.
If you are visiting due to covid issues….go to health dept, it is free. Fast Pace gets paid by government same as health depth but they want more so they charge the individual for office visit😡
I’ve never had more trouble with billing than I have from here. 2 visits not filed correctly and no help getting either of them sorted out after calling numerous times and being sent back and forth between my insurance company and them
Price for my was visit was extremely expensive
The are liars. Told me they would call me in medicine and didn’t. And when I called the next day, not only did they not call me back, they closed for the day.
This is the reason why I do NOT recommend this place.

my husband just took our son to get a shot because he has poison oak and is highly allergic. He has a terrible rash. They said it was 5:45 and they close at 6:00. So they wouldn't see him. I hope y'all can sleep good tonight thinking about my poor son itching to death. 😔 I sometimes wonder if there are any good people left in this world. shame on you all !
this place is a joke. all they are is an insurance fraud place. and they like treating to call dcs on people when you call and get a second opinion from a real Dr.
