The staff at FastPace Urgent Care - Madisonville is very friendly and takes the time to listen to the patients concerns and needs. My last visit was for Primary Care follow-up and the Nurse Practitioner was super friendly and professional. She listened to my concerns and was able to explain all the questions I had and personal care instructions were also explained in simple detail. I would absolutely recommend Fast Pace - Madisonville to my friends and family.
We did not see anyone here, we only stopped by for an x-ray. The office staff was polite and up front about wait times. The facility was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the x-ray tech was kind to my daughter. Overall good experience!
I’m giving him a three cause I did take care of what I needed to take care of but the main reason that they’re losing two stars is because whenever I called after they called me and said hey give us a call back. We need to let you know what your lab results have concluded so I called them back at this lady proceeds to tell me can you please hold OK? I get put on hold. I wait on hold for an hour and 25 minutes. Almost you know what I do I drive out there and whenever I drive out there and see if there’s not a soul in the park... read more
I love this clinic. The Drs and NPs are great. So much better than having to go to the ER. They know what they are doing. I have a lot of health issues and they give me the best care. I would give them a 5, but the wait can be lengthy
Selecting this office as my primary care provider has been incredibly helpful. The staff is kind, interested, and efficient. Excellent with referrals and scheduling.
