Worst experience ever . Rudely treated by nurse, desk and NP. Ridiculous! Unprofessional !!! Never again .
RUDE staff. When you’re told you are next in line and signed in, you will still sit there for a minimum of an hour. I complained to the front desk saying the app thing they sent me when I booked my appointment online said that I should already be back there. They tell me any second I should be called back. Another 20 minutes goes by, still nothing. I go back up to the desk visibly irritated at this point. The front desk people basically shrugged me off and just asked for my copay.
