Marcy at the front desk is a very poor representation of the company’s mission to provide “excellent patient care.” There was nothing convenient or compassionate about the way she treated us. After we waited for 45 minutes, during which she completed multiple personal calls that ended with “ok, I love you too”, we were called up because she couldn’t get the insurance information entered correctly. I will never go here for anything again. The nurse was super sweet but the guy that was the main doctor needs to find another career...preferably one that doesn’t involve compassion considering he has NONE. Once they found out I was negative for covid they no longer cared what was wrong with me. The dr handed me the negative test paper and opened the door for me to leave. He also didn’t care to have a smart comment towards one of my questions. I had a high fever an hour before I got there and I also have a heart condition...... read more

Wife took my son in for Wasp sting near his eye. They looked at him and said "we can't do anything for him, he needs to go to the ER." tool him to ER... Insurance covered all ER bills. A couple months down the road(now), they sent me a nearly $600 bill in the mail.... for what? you told me in your own words admitting you did NOTHING. "WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR HIM!" Now ironically they won't answer the phone or return my call when I leave a message.

I always have to wait at least an hour and a half to even be seen then another 30 when I get called back I understand that waiting is normal but it’s every single time I could go to the emergency room and be seen faster.

Well besides the fact about the clinic being so called FAST. This must be sarcasm because I was waiting 4 hours in the lobby while having 3 other families skip ahead of me in line. How does that happen? The fact about having to update info everytime you check in is really a waste of time. If you got my info with my insurance. that's all that should be needed. I don't want to write out 5 papers everytime I go in. That right there is a waste of time. Atleast Walgreens took less than 10min to give me my prescription. They des... read more

Took my son in on 7-10 and after waiting for 45 minutes got back to the nurse and she said that they could not do what he was needing. So went back out front to get my copay back onto my card and the lady said that it could take 48 hrs to show back up in my account it's been almost a week and still no refund I called the billing office and they said give it another 48 hrs. Y'all can take money but can't refund people's money in a timely matter.

Watch your debit card, they over charge for visits. My co pay is 20.00 and they always charge 30.00. The billing department is clueless too. My husband went in with bronchitis and walked out because she was trying to tell him he had a balance which he DOES NOT because we always pay the 20.00 copayment but they charged his card 50.00 any way and he never saw a nurse practitioner. They could stay open during their posted operating hours. They could honor their promise to stay open until 5:30pm as promised to a mom who called in advance to say that their 5 year old had a high fever. This mom rushed over and arrived by 5:10pm and was told that they were not going to see the child because it was too late! Be warned! If your child is sick, go somewhere else!

I have never sat in a waiting room for so long !!! A simple physical and still waiting almost 2hrs. Unless you have no where else to go or loads of time...driving elsewhere may be wise .
