They told me to go to the emergency room and that they thought I had meningitis. The hospital staff almost laughed me out of the ER. They performed basic movement tests on my neck and told me I probably had a virus and to take steroids and antibiotics. I'm now a $1,000.00 hospital copay in the hole for steroids and antibiotics that the clinic could have given me for the $50.00 I paid to be seen there. If you have insurance they won’t run it and charge you full price for your visit. Instead of using your insurance after you repeatedly ask them to run your insurance. Which has an account you pay for to cover copays and all.

I took my husband Friday morning for a PCR test. They had no rapid tests, and they told him to “act as if he had Covid”. We quarantined all weekend. They told him they would have results Sunday or Monday morning. Monday afternoon rolls around, and we call. You cannot speak to a representative, and you can only leave a message. so today i went to take the COVID-19 test, and the lady told me that they got the test 3-5 days and i told her that i want that test and she gave me the papers to fill out and then she call me to tell me that my medical insurance they dont accepted it, so i was there 2:30 PM and there was 5 or 6 people before me and i start to see that those nurses start calling everybody execpt me... so i waited for a little while and i start to see that they never call me to do that COVID-19 test and i wait until 5:00pm... i was there 2:30... read more

It’s not that I don’t recommend the provider but The front staff woman with the red hair is ABSOLUTELY rude!! She never is happy and someone asked for a mask and she said nope it’s a nationwide outbreak and I’m like what?!?! And it was a small child that really truly looked like he was on his death bed. She has always been rude every time we are there and they need to replace her! People are sick when they come in and her attitude doesn’t help them at all!! And this isn’t my first time dealing with her!
