I had a terrible experience at the clinic and received a outrageous bill a month later and I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to talk to a supervisor and have been given nothing but the run around. This place is a joke and highway robbery!

this place is absolute garbage. brought my son here lastnight where he tested positive for the flu, not only did they not call his medicine in to the pharmacy two hours later before they closed, woke up today and called the pharmacy, its 11:30 and they STiLL HAVNT CALLED IT IN!!!! had to call the receptionist twice to make sure she left a note with the doctor working today to call in the tamiflu and antibiotics. apparently it's okay to let kids go without their prescribed medicine for 16 hours??? bet if it were one o... read more

The doctor I saw was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option. I asked the lady when she answered and she said yes, everything that was performed during my visit would have fallen under that $99 self pay option. RecommendedWent to take my son had a very swollen and angry bite on his leg!! There a 2 other people there the lady working the desk continued to talk to a patient rather than do her job had my sons paper turned over like it wasn’t important!!! Little miss nasty attitude roll her eyes when I asked how much longer would it be so I can pay and get my son seen!! First time and this time nurses were rude...need to be nicer and not RUDE!!
Staff was friendly but they need to work on their wait time. I was there with my mom for about 2 1/2 hours. I would give 5 stars if the wait wasn't so long.
