I went through the online portal to register her and secure an appointment time. I arrived 10min early like I what was required of me. But I still had to wait 30min after my appointment time.

Well we went to Face Pace in Carlyss we needed a X-ray no tech there so they sent us to the Beglis Face Pace where there was suppose to be a X-ray tech there till 4 we get there no tech so they call Moss Bluff and send us there we get there and they tell us that not sure if the X-ray tech is there and if she is she would be going the doctor a favor cause she wasn’t on the clock. This is the 3rd time I have a very poor experience and poor service. The staff did not meet my expectations. I had to call 3 times to get results, the first 2 times I was told they will call for my results and give a call back right away… that never happened. I called a 3rd time and I was told medicine will be called in to my pharmacy whenever the NP have time to do it. It is the next day and no medicine has been called in for me yet. Overall I had no complaints with the service of my nurse practitioner, however there were quite a few employees working in the back that kept complaining very loudly about how terrible of a place Fast Pace is to work for and how they liked working for Urgent Care better. It was very unprofessional around patients.
Diagnosis and NP were very helpful. Nurses were not very friendly or welcoming. Actually, they were somewhat rude.
Went for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Waited over an over just to be tested. Sat through three rounds of people in the lobby so “waiting for others before me to be seen” is not an excuse. Had to fill out a personal information document upon arrival which I was uncomfortable because I was not there to see any doctor, meanwhile hearing the cackling from the staff in the back calling people not there to have a “ghetto fabulous” birthday.
